Courtesy Call To H.E. Rabun Ouk, The Minister Of Agriculture Forestry And Fisheries Of Cambodia

The CEO of IRCo paid a courtesy call to H.E. Rabun Ouk, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia on 6 February 2015 at the Minister�s office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The CEO took this opportunity to brief the Minister on ITRC and IRCo’s background, objectives, performances, roles and importance, national benefits and future plans of both organisations.
Realising the importance of a regional NR cooperation, the Minister expressed willingness and agrees to support and cooperate with ITRC and IRCo. Top management of the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries were also present during the courtesy call and discussion. They include Mr. Lord Reasmey, the secretary-general and Mr. Ly Phalla, the undersecretary of the Ministry, who is in charge of rubber.
In 2014, Cambodia has a total of 0.354 million hectares of NR plantation.
