Malaysia To Give Incentives, Subsidies To Rubber Smallholders

Bloomberg – Government to spend as much as 200 million ringgit on subsidies and incentives from January, Prime Minister Najib Razak says in budget speech in Parliament.
* Government to subsidize farmers if rubber prices fall below 5.5 ringgit/kg; previously subsidy level was if prices fell below 4.6 ringgit/kg
