Ms. Paphatchaya Yutthacharoenkit, Chief Executive Officer of the International Rubber Consortium (IRCo), paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MoAC). She was welcomed by Mr. Vinaroj Supsongkuk, Permanent Secretary; Mr. Kris Uttamavedin, Deputy Permanent Secretary; and Mr. Kosol Boonkong, Deputy Governor of Administration of the Rubber Authority of Thailand (RAOT).

During the meeting, Ms. Paphatchaya presented IRCo’s operational policies and discussed future areas of cooperation aimed at strengthening price stability and enhancing bargaining power in the global market.

Mr. Vinaroj expressed his support for IRCo’s initiatives, which align with the Ministry’s policy to sustainably develop the rubber value chain and improve smallholders’ livelihoods. These initiatives include the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy Model and support for international standards to enhance access to high-end markets.
