Discussion with Dr. Dedi Budiman Hakim on Natural Rubber Supply and Demand Model

IRCo met Dr. Dedi Budiman Hakim, the Director of the International Center for Applied Finance and Economics (InterCAFE) at IPB University in West Java, Indonesia on 26 August 2024.

IRCo supports Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia in formulating policies related to sustainable natural rubber sector. The policies aim towards a balance of supply and demand of natural rubber which contribute to achieving a fair and remunerative price for rubber stakeholders. The fundamentals of natural rubber industry are continuously monitored to provide adequate perspective of the industry.
