GAPKINDO Annual Dinner and Discussion with Gapkindo

IRCo participated in the Gabungan Perusahaan Karet Indonesia (GAPKINDO) Annual Dinner on 23 August 2024 in Bali, Indonesia. The event was aimed at bringing closer networking and collaboration among various market players in the rubber industry within the region.

Both parties shared ideas and discussed various efforts to improve the wellbeing of rubber smallholders and the sustainability of the natural rubber sector in the long-term. One of the key concerns is related to the declining of natural rubber production in Indonesia as smallholders opt for other options. Both parties strongly viewed that it is essential to maintain natural rubber attractiveness as a remunerative source of income.
